Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes (can use frozen chopped too)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Durelife Monk Fruit Golden Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
