Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes (can use frozen chopped too)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Durelife Monk Fruit Golden Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, olive oil, Durelife Monk Fruit Golden Sweetener, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
