Fruit Parfait

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt (any type or flavor)
  • Fruit (examples: fresh or frozen berries, mango, banana, etc)
  • A crunchy layer or topping like granola, mini animal crackers, lower sugar cereal, or broken-up graham crackers
  • 1/8 tsp Stevia extract

Instructions: 

  1. Decide which fruit to use.
  2. Decide which toppings to use.
  3. Add a layer of yogurt to the bottom of a small container or bowl. Add stevia extract to the yogurt.
  4. Top with fruit.
  5. Top with a little more yogurt.
  6. Add crunchy topper.
