Fruit Parfait
Ingredients:
- Yogurt (any type or flavor)
- Fruit (examples: fresh or frozen berries, mango, banana, etc)
- A crunchy layer or topping like granola, mini animal crackers, lower sugar cereal, or broken-up graham crackers
- 1/8 tsp Stevia extract
Instructions:
- Decide which fruit to use.
- Decide which toppings to use.
- Add a layer of yogurt to the bottom of a small container or bowl. Add stevia extract to the yogurt.
- Top with fruit.
- Top with a little more yogurt.
- Add crunchy topper.
