Vanilla Ice Cream
For 1.5 qt Ice Cream Maker
● 1 egg
● 2/3 c xylitol
● 1 tbsp vanilla
● 1/8 tsp salt
● 3 c whole milk
Beat egg. Gradually add xylitol. Add remaining ingredients;
mix thoroughly. Pour into frozen container, turn on and
enjoy homemade ice cream a half hour later. Note: For
people are who are allergic to cow’s milk you can
substitute whole goat milk.
