Brown Sugar Muffin
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup monk fruit golden sweetener
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix vanilla, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Add egg and milk.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fill each cup of a muffin tin 2/3 full.
- Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
