Brown Sugar Muffin

Ingredients:

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup monk fruit golden sweetener
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix vanilla, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add egg and milk.
  4. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fill each cup of a muffin tin 2/3 full.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
