Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 banana (frozen + optional)
  • 3/4 cups of milk of your choice
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of Erythritol

Instructions: 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, milk of your choice, Erythritol, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend until thoroughly combined and no chunks of banana remain. If you find the smoothie a bit too thick, you can add in a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve as desired.
